Ordering and Delivery

Have you found a Britstyle Boutique item that you really want? Great!
Now select a color and/or size and click "Add to cart". Of course you can continue shopping, you can always return to the cart by clicking on the "shopping bag icon" at the top right.
Please note: If there are items in your cart, this does not mean that they are reserved.
Are you done shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the "shopping bag icon" at the top right to go to your Britstyle Boutique items. On the next page you can adjust the quantities if necessary. Then click on "Continue to checkout". This will take you to the checkout page. Here you can easily enter all your details on one page.
Please note: Once you have completed your order, you can no longer change it as your order is processed immediately so that you receive it as quickly as possible.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Britstyle Boutique covers the shipping costs. So you don't pay any shipping costs.*

* However, you have to pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself.

CAN I TRACK THE DELIVERY?

Yes, we send all your items with tracking. You can track your order via the order status page, the link to do so will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.

It can sometimes take a while for the shipment status to be available.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Britstyle Boutique aims to deliver products quickly. If you place an order before 3:00 p.m. on working days, we aim to process your order the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly via our suppliers. This means that the average delivery time is 10 - 15 working days.

I AM NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will wait for you at a PostNL location for 7 days (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will also receive a notification from the driver about this, which also indicates the pick-up location. After these 7 days, PostNL will return the package to our warehouse.

WRONG ADDRESSEE
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We strive to speed up processing and shipping so that there is always a small window of opportunity to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you think you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace shows that your package has been delivered to your address - but you still have not received your order - please report this within 14 days of the stated delivery date to start an investigation by PostNL. We will keep you informed of the progress of the investigation.
