Payment methods in the webshop

All prices of products sold through Britstyle Boutique include VAT.

How can I pay in the webshop?
We offer you several payment methods to choose from.
Britstyle Boutique offers you the following payment options in the webshop:
- Pay with iDeal
- Pay with Bancontact
- Pay with credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Maestro and VISA)
- Pay with Sofort Banking

How can I pay with iDeal?
Direct online payment via your own bank. This means that you pay in your trusted internet payment environment. Easy and in accordance with the security requirements of your bank. This payment service is available to customers of ABN AMRO Bank, Rabobank, SNS Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, ASN Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bank.

How can I pay with a credit card?
You can pay for your order in the webshop with the following Dutch credit cards: VISA, American Express and MasterCard. If you choose this payment method, please enter the credit card number, the exact name on the card, the expiration date and the 3-digit CVC code (the last three digits on the back of your card) on the payment page.

To protect your data, it is transmitted fully encrypted via SSL servers and is thus protected from third-party access. At the time of ordering, your credit card payment is authorized. It may happen that the cardholder is contacted to prevent fraud.

The amount will only be debited after the order has been delivered. If it is not possible to deliver the entire order, only the amount for the part of the order that has actually been delivered will be debited.

How can I pay with Sofort Banking?
Britstyle Boutique offers the possibility to pay with Sofort Banking. Sofort Banking is basically an online transfer where you use your internet banking details.
On the secure payment page of Sofort GmbH, you log in with your familiar internet banking login details. Then select the bank account you want to pay with. Then enter the confirmation code and click Continue. You will now see a confirmation of your order in our webshop.

Is shopping on britstyleboutique.com safe?

Shopping at Britstyle Boutique is very safe. To protect your data, it is transmitted fully encrypted via SSL servers and is thus protected from third-party access. This means that your personal information is encrypted and cannot be viewed by others.

We adhere to all data protection regulations and all other legal requirements.
And we never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

Order

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Every completed order is confirmed by email with an order confirmation.

What can I do if I have problems paying?

If it is not possible to pay even though you have already put the product in your shopping cart and created an account, we recommend that you delete your browser history (see top right of the internet browser, History, Delete history). You can then put the product back in your shopping cart and proceed to payment.

Can I cancel an order?
This is only possible by sending an email to support@britstyleboutique.com by 5:00 p.m. on the same day of the order, stating your name, order number and order date. It may be that your order has already been processed. In this case, you can only cancel the order by returning the package.

**Service & Warranty**

If the product has a defect that was not visible at the time of purchase, you must notify us of this within a reasonable period of time after the defect has been discovered. If, in Britstyle Boutique's opinion, the product actually has defects (which are not due to normal wear and tear, incorrect use and/or lack of maintenance), Britstyle Boutique will repair or replace the product within a reasonable period of time determined by Britstyle Boutique. During this repair, you have no right to a replacement product or compensation. If, in Britstyle Boutique's opinion, a repair is not possible or cannot be expected from Britstyle Boutique due to the cost of this repair, Britstyle Boutique will offer a comparable replacement product. If this is not possible, we will refund the purchase price.

If you do not follow Britstyle Boutique's instructions or if you misuse or fail to maintain the product, you will not be entitled to any repair, replacement or compensation. Any possibility of invoking a guarantee will also be void if the product has been modified.

Damage to the following watch parts: glass, strap, crown/pin and battery are not covered by the factory warranty. However, the factory warranty does not affect the legal guarantee to which the consumer is entitled. The legal guarantee states that a product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect.
