Exchanges and Returns

If you have received the wrong items or the items received are defective, please email support@britstyleboutique.com to discuss further.

If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable condition.

Upon return, you are entitled to a full refund, less the return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear used or opened, or are not in their original condition.

Return Procedure:

Please download, print and complete the Return Form if you have not already done so. Request the Return Form using the form below.

Email your Return Form to support@britstyleboutique.com along with a photo of the products you wish to return.

Once approved, ensure that your return is properly packaged and meets all of the conditions listed below.
Clearly mark "Returns" on the outside packaging of your parcel.
Use an insured trackable service to ensure your parcel arrives safely with us.
Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to support@britstyleboutique.com

Return Policy and Guidelines:

All returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original plastic packaging.
We will not cover any costs for returning the items.
Make sure all returned items are well packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Make sure all return parcels are sent using a trackable, insured service as we cannot accept responsibility for damaged or lost items during return transit.
Make sure the return form is approved - without approval, your return may not be processed.
Promotional items are not eligible for return.

Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: Request the return form using the contact form below. Provide your order number, email address and reason for return.

Step 2: Send your order
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure to provide the package with a track and trace code. As the sender, you are responsible and we don't want any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
As soon as we receive the package, we will make sure that the purchase amount is credited back to your bank account within five working days.

We process our returns in China, which means that you will have to return your package outside the EU. This can involve high costs, up to 25 euros, which we will not refund.
